Returns or Size Exchange

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. The goods must be returned to Jupes and more, to the address provided during the return request.

According to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code: the right of withdrawal is eliminated in cases where the goods sold have been made "to measure" or "personalized" based on the choices of the end customer.

The goods must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories), and accompanied by the accompanying tax documentation. Under no circumstances will goods returned in non-perfect condition be replaced or refunded. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Jupes and more will refund the amount of the returned products within a maximum of 14 days.

As provided for by art. 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Jupes and more may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to Jupes and more.

Jupes and more will refund the customer using the same payment method chosen during the purchase process.

• Handcrafted products (custom-made or personalized goods) cannot be returned pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter C) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree).
